START HERE

You don’t need a map. You need permission.

If you found your way here, something in you is already in motion. Maybe you’ve been healing for a while and still feel like you’re starting over. Maybe you survived something — a childhood, a relationship, a version of yourself you outgrew — and now you’re standing in the aftermath, wondering what comes next. Maybe no one ever gave you a blueprint for this, and you’re realizing they never had one either.

“That’s where this began for me.

I’m Jaz, writing as Marie Solé — and I am not someone who arrived. I am someone in the middle of it. Learning to reparent myself while the wound is still fresh. Choosing softness while still unlearning survival. Writing my way through what I couldn’t say out loud, and sharing it here in case it reaches someone who needed to hear it too.

This is not a space about performing healing. It’s a space about

practicing it — honestly, imperfectly, without pretending the

hard parts aren’t hard.

I grew up without a blueprint. No model for what it looked like to live in your full self — at peace, at rest, loved well and loving freely. What I had was survival. What I’m building now is something different. And I’m documenting all of it here, in real time, because I believe the people who needed a map deserve to know: you can write your own.

WHAT THIS PLACE IS

WHAT YOU ‘LL FIND HERE :

— Healing Without a Blueprint

Essays on what it looks like to heal when no one showed you how — the mother wound, reparenting, generational patterns, and the messy, nonlinear work of becoming.

— The Nervous System

Writing about what survival does to the body and what it takes to come back to yourself — rest, softness, safety, and what it means to stop bracing.

— Self-Trust & Identity

On learning to hear yourself again. Reclaiming your voice, your story, your sense of who you are outside of who you had to be.

— Spirit & Awareness

Reflections on faith, intuition, purpose, and the deeper current running beneath everything — what it means to be guided even when you can’t see the path.

— Philosophy

Honest, searching writing about how we make meaning — the questions worth sitting with, the frameworks worth building, the ideas that change how we move through the world.

A NOTE BEFORE YOU BEGIN

You will not find toxic positivity here. You will not &nd the version of healing that asks you to be grateful before you’re allowed to be angry, or whole before you’ve been honest. You will not find performance.

What you will find is someone who believes that honesty is the first act of healing — and that writing it down is how we start to make it ours.

If you’re someone who survived, who’s been living for everyone else, who’s been waiting for permission to take up space and become — this is for you. You are not behind. You are not broken. You are in the middle of a rewrite that no one else can do for you.

But you don’t have to do it alone.

“Healing is not about becoming perfect. It is about becoming honest.”

Start wherever you are. Read what pulls at you. Come back when something shifts. “That’s how this works.

I’m glad you’re here.
